We are deeply saddened to announce the death of Beatrice Marie Couture, aged 85, on February 9, 2025. Born in St. Godefroi, Qc, April 1, 1939.
She passed away peacefully in Chandler hospital.
She married James Benjamin Walker on December 19, 1955.
She leaves to mourn twelve children: Benjamin (Wanda), Albert (Frances), Elizabeth (Maynard), Shirley, Vernon (Mandy), Olive (Dean), John (Dorice), Lorne (Lisa), Edith (Mark), Donny, Cindy (Michael), and Sally (Dany).
She also leaves to mourn 34 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
She leaves behind her sister Shirley (Bertycl), brothers James (Paulette) and Martial (Lorraine).
Condolences will be accepted by the family on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at 136 Route Walker, Port Daniel, Qc. from 1 to 4 p.m.
Professional sevices have been entrusted to the Rejean Bélanger & Sons Funeral Home of HG Division network certified Distinction by the Corporation des Thanatologues du Québec and by the Bureau de normalisation du Québec.

To each and every one of you, my sincere condolances. My memories of your mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great,great-grandmother are precious. Her amazing voice singing "In The Cross" in St. Mark's church, rank high in my childhood memories. She was a sweet and kind lady who with her beloved husband James, raised a VERY wonderful family. From those of you who attended school with me, to the many I was privileged to teach, I trust God's care and presence will help you through this time of grief.
